If there is an active Digest Publishing account associated with the email entered, an email was sent to you with a reset password link with the details below:

  • From Email Address: customerservice@digestpublishing.com
  • Subject: Password required for website login to access subscription

Don't see the email? Follow instructions below to troubleshoot.

  1. If you have logged in successfully before with a different password, please make sure to hit the "Log Out" button in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Whitelist this email address: customerservice@digestpublishing.com. If you do not know how to do this, reference this page to find instructions for your email provider.
  3. Return to the Forgot Password page and submit a new request to reset your password.
  4. Check the inbox for the email address that was entered and click on the reset password link.
  5. Enter a new password. Be sure to follow password guidelines or the new password will not be accepted. Once the new password is entered successfully, you would be redirected to the login page: https://digestpublishing.com/login/
  6. Log into the website with your new password.
